Staff Profiles

Marlena Stevens, Front Office Administrator

Marlena is originally from Indiana.  She comes to us with many years of office experience. She worked for Boston Scientific for over twenty years and traveled with the company as a technical writer.  Marlena attended Indiana Wesleyan University and then went on to elementary education for several years before leaving Indiana.

Marlena relocated to Brevard County in 2016.  She loves living near the ocean which was the main draw to the area. She has a passion for interior and garden design, which she does as a hobby.  Marlena has a son, Joshua who resides in Louisiana and a daughter Jessica (deceased), and has two grandchildren, Kaleb and Justice who reside with her.

 

 

 

 

 

Nancy Cyr

Nancy Cyr works in our accounting division as an Accounting and Payroll Specialist. She was born in Norwood, Massachusetts.

Nancy Cyr works in our accounting division as an Accounting and Payroll Specialist. She was born in Norwood, Massachusetts, grew up as an Air Force ‘brat’, and moved to the Orlando area twenty-five years ago. After an eight-year stint in the US Navy, mostly in Norfolk, VA, she moved back to MA for a while. Nancy mainly worked with large computers while in the Navy, but also spent two years as the base newspaper editor in Atsugi, Japan. Since leaving the Navy, Nancy has worked in an administrative capacity in a variety of industries, generally as an office manager. In these roles she has worked with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgets, file management, and human resources. She currently works with Quickbooks Desktop and is working to be a Certified ProAdvisor in Quickbooks Online.

Nancy studied business and industrial/organizational psychology, and received a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Southern New Hampshire University. She has two grown sons, one of whom is currently in the Navy, and lives with her husband and two cats.  In her downtime, Nancy enjoys sewing, counted cross stitch, building miniature houses, and working in her yard/garden.
